great support for newbie developer

After I taught myself Django I got my site up without much difficulty by referring to their "Knowledge Base." Later I made the switch to VPS also without issues. But when they upgraded their VPS I ran into difficulties with libraries. After a little back and forth with tech support my problem was resolved. Their assistance was both timely and professional and much appreciated.
